How your fee is determined
Registration period
- Early registration: until 15 Nov 2026
- Late registration: from 16 Nov 2026
- On-site registration: from 14 Dec 2026
Country fee group
Your country determines your fee group: the High-Income Country Rate (HIC) or the Reduced Country Rate (upper-middle, lower-middle and low-income countries). The classification is applied by the conference, not chosen by you.
IWA membership
Membership will be verified. Member rates apply only to a membership number confirmed by the organisers; otherwise the non-member rate applies.
YWP / Student registration
Student Proof (required): Please upload a valid student ID, enrollment certificate, or other official proof of current student status. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 Mo.
IWA membership does not affect the YWP / Student or Accompanying delegate rates.
