The conference is hosted by the Agadir Horticultural Complex, part of the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine. The institution has extensive experience in hosting large international scientific events. In May 2026 it hosted the 12th International Symposium on Fruit Flies of Economic Importance in partnership with FAO and IAEA, gathering 467 researchers, 180 professionals and institutional representatives, and around 230 postgraduate students.
