Visa & Invitation Letters

Entry formalities for Morocco, and how to request an official conference invitation letter for SWSM 2026.

01

Travelling to Morocco for SWSM 2026

International participants are responsible for ensuring that they hold the appropriate travel documents and, where required, a valid visa or travel authorisation for entry into Morocco.

Visa and entry requirements would vary according to nationality, country of residence, passport type.

Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to verify their requirements directly through the official Moroccan authorities well in advance of travel.

02

Check whether you need a visa

Use the official Accès Maroc portal to check the entry formalities applicable to your situation.

The official portal allows travellers to enter their nationality, country of residence, passport type and other relevant information to determine whether they may travel visa-free or require an eVisa, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (AEVM), or a visa through a Moroccan consular service.

Please note

Visa and immigration requirements may change. Information provided on the SWSM 2026 website is for general guidance only. The official decision regarding entry requirements and visa issuance rests exclusively with the competent Moroccan authorities.

03

Official Invitation Letter

Participants who require an official conference invitation letter to support a visa application may request one from the SWSM 2026 conference secretariat.

An invitation letter confirms the participant’s registration and the purpose of attendance at SWSM 2026. It does not constitute a visa, financial guarantee, sponsorship commitment or guarantee that a visa will be issued.

04

Who can request an invitation letter?

  • Participants who require an official conference invitation letter to support a visa application.
  • Participants whose SWSM 2026 registration has been confirmed.

An invitation letter does not constitute a visa, financial guarantee, sponsorship commitment or guarantee that a visa will be issued.
